Guarantee Policy
At ArabiqueMods, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our timepieces. Every watch comes with a 365 Day international guarantee, covering any manufacturing or component defects.
What is Covered
- Internal mechanical or movement faults caused by assembly issues
- Malfunctions in components resulting from manufacturing defects
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from daily use
- Broken components due to impact or misuse
- Scratched or cracked glass
- Worn or damaged straps, missing screws or pins
- Faulty clasps caused by incorrect handling
- Water damage (since we cannot verify if usage limitations were followed for the stated water resistance of 3 ATM)
Important Note on Water Resistance
ArabiqueMods watches have a 3 ATM water resistance rating, which protects against minor splashes (such as hand washing). They are not suitable for showering, swimming, or full submersion.
How to Make a Guarantee Claim
If you experience an issue, we’re here to help.
To start the guarantee process:
- Email us at arabiquemods@gmail.com with your order details.
- Include a clear video showing the issue so we can diagnose it remotely.
- In cases where a video diagnosis isn’t possible, we may kindly ask you to send the watch to us for inspection.
If the problem is confirmed to be covered under our guarantee, we will repair or replace the faulty component free of charge, as quickly as possible.
If the Issue Is Not Covered
If your watch issue is not covered by the guarantee, we’ll still be happy to help by offering a fair and cost-effective repair service, so your watch can get back to its best.
